Adjust line timing

When a stamp is just a touch early or late, you don't need to re-sync it. Nudge a single line by a fixed step, or - if the whole file is consistently off - shift every line at once with the Global Offset.

Line Edit Delay - the step size, in milliseconds, that the ‹ / › buttons beside a line shift its timestamp earlier or later. It gives you a repeatable fine correction without typing a new time. The same buttons nudge the End of Lyrics row too.

• Line Edit Delay - the millisecond step for the ‹ / › nudge buttons. Default 200 ms.
