See how long Claude actually worked, and how much it used. The header above a transcript now shows an estimate of the agent's active working time and the tokens it processed — for example 8.5 h active · 1.14B tokens. The time leaves out the hours you were away or thinking, so a session that spans four days reads as the hours of real work it contained, not as four days. Hover over the figures to see what is counted; work done by helper agents is not part of the record, so it is not included.

Starting the app twice no longer gives you a second, empty-looking window. If Claude Code Helper is already running and you launch it again — from the Start menu, a shortcut or another tool — the window that is already open comes to the front instead. Before, the second copy opened beside the first one but could not reach its saved settings, so it appeared in the default language and theme and looked as if your preferences had been lost.

Settings is now a full page, not a pop-up window. It fills the window below the top bar and lists its tabs down the left side. To leave, use the back arrow beside the title, click the settings button again, or press Esc. The transcript you were reading stays exactly where you left it, so a quick change of language or theme no longer interrupts what you were doing.
Easier-to-spot input fields in the dark theme. The filter box and drop-down lists now have a slightly lighter background, so they stand out from the bars and panels around them instead of blending into them.

Take one answer without taking the whole conversation. Hover over any of Claude's answers and a copy button appears beneath it, putting just that reply on your clipboard as Markdown. Until now the only way out was the whole transcript, which meant pasting a long session somewhere and then deleting most of it.
Tables now travel as tables. Hover over any table in a transcript and a copy button appears in its corner. Paste into a spreadsheet or a document and the rows and columns arrive intact; paste into a plain-text editor and you get tab-separated rows. Copying a table by hand from a rendered conversation used to mean losing its shape.

The update notice now speaks your language. When a new version is available, the notice offers a What's new and a Download link — and those two used to open in English unless your interface was set to French, Spanish or German. They now open in whichever language you are using, falling back to English only where that page has not been translated yet.
The What's new link works again. It pointed at an address the website no longer serves, so it led nowhere; it now opens the release notes page you are reading.

The app opens faster. It now loads only the language you actually use, instead of carrying all 52 translations at launch — and your language is in place before the first frame is drawn, so nothing flickers on the way in. Switching language in Settings works exactly as before.
